The Platform does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. All data, scores, signals, and insights presented on the Platform are for informational and educational purposes only.

Smart Money Score, Insider Score, win rate, and other metrics are calculated from publicly available data using automated algorithms. These metrics do not constitute a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or digital asset.

You should always conduct your own research and consult with a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions. Past performance of any metric, signal, or investor does not guarantee future results.

3. Data Sources and Accuracy

The Platform aggregates data from publicly available sources including but not limited to SEC EDGAR, financial data aggregators, cryptocurrency data providers, and blockchain explorers. We strive to present accurate and timely data, but we do not guarantee its completeness, accuracy, or timeliness.

Data may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors. Prices, volumes, and other market data may not reflect current market conditions. We are not responsible for any discrepancies between data shown on the Platform and actual market data.

We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Price changes will not affect current billing periods.

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, code, algorithms, and original content, is the intellectual property of Smart Money Radar. The underlying financial data is sourced from public records and is not owned by us.

You may share individual insights from the Platform for personal, non-commercial use with proper attribution. Systematic redistribution is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Smart Money Radar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to financial losses from investment decisions made based on Platform data.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
